Technician Service / support (m/f)

Responsibilities

• Commissioning, maintenance, servicing and repair of dental CAD-CAM systems for the fabrication of dentures
• Advice to our well-known laboratory / dentist customers on software, hardware or user questions (by telephone on the technical hotline or in person on site)
• Service and training assignments at home and abroad
• Telephone and email support / correspondence
• Maintenance and processing of service cases in the ticket system

Profile of requirements

• Completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable technical degree
• Several years of professional experience in the field of technical service/support or maintenance are an advantage
• Good knowledge in the areas of electrical engineering, mechanics, control design and commissioning
• Good command of written and spoken German and English
• Customer-oriented appearance
• Structured and solution-oriented work
• Ability to work in a team
• Willingness to travel
• Class B driving license
