    Which milling machine is suitable for my dental laboratory?
    The choice depends on your laboratory profile: Small to medium-sized laboratories benefit from compact models such as the CORiTEC 150i PRO or CORiTEC 250i PRO+ series, which are flexible and space-saving. Laboratories with high throughput rely on automated systems such as the CORiTEC 350i X PRO or CORiTEC 650i PRO series, which offer maximum precision, speed, and material diversity. We would be happy to advise you individually to find the right solution for your laboratory. 

    What materials can be processed with CORiTEC milling machines?
    Our systems support all common dental materials dental materials: zirconium oxide, PMMA, wax, CoCr, titanium, glass ceramics, hybrid ceramics, PEEK, and more – depending on the machine type. This means you are optimally equipped for all common indications in the laboratory.

    Are imes-icore machines compatible with my existing CAD/CAM system?
    Yes, imes-icore relies on open interfaces. Our machines are compatible with common CAD/CAM systems such as exocad, 3Shape and others. Third-party systems can also be easily integrated. We would be happy to advise you on this.

    What software is included in the delivery?
    Depending on the CAD/CAM milling system, our powerful CAM software iCAM V5 or iCAM HD is usually included in the scope of delivery. Additional modules or individual software packages are also available depending on the application – for 5-axis simultaneous machining or automation, for example. We will help you make the right choice for your dental lab.

    What equipment is needed to get started in the lab?
    The basic equipment usually includes: Clamping devices, milling tools, suction system (depending on the machine type) and CAM software. We also offer all components as preconfigured complete solutions. Would you like an individual cost breakdown? Let us advise you or use our configurator directly.

    How often do milling tools need to be changed?
    That depends on the material being processed and how often it is used. As a rule, our tools achieve a long service life, e.g. several hundred units for zirconium. In addition, an automatic tool changer ensures smooth operation. You can find information about our tools here.

    What service and maintenance options does imes-icore offer for dental laboratories?
    We offer various service packages: Remote maintenance, on-site service, annual maintenance, spare parts service and software updates. We also offer training and support via our online service portal.

    What to do in the event of a fault or error message?

    How long does delivery and commissioning take?
    Standard devices are usually available at short notice. After consultation, we will deliver your machine and take care of installation, commissioning and training – usually within a few weeks. Custom-made products or large systems may take a little longer.
