ONE CLICK METAL and imes-icore® presented their hybrid workflow at Formnext. The perfect synergy between additive manufacturing and milling technology is the result of this partnership.
The milling of 3D-printed units in a hybrid process sets new standards for high-quality restaurations. Intuitive operation, simple data preparation and optimally aligned system components have resulted in a perfect end-to-end system.
The focus of the exhibition was to present the combination of the 3D printing system and the milling machine. With the CORiTEC AM100 3D printer and the CORiTEC AMpure unpacking station, imes-icore offers a sophisticated and integrated CAD/CAM workflow for additive metal manufacturing. In combination with the milling systems of the CORiTEC 350i series, you achieve the absolutely perfect fit and surface quality by re-milling additive printed units. Due to hybrid processing, a wide range of indications is possible – from crowns and bridges to full implant prosthetics.
