We are pleased to introduce the Ironbiter, our latest innovation designed for optimal CoCr milling performance. With speeds up to 2x faster than the Quattro Speed (T61), the Ironbiter can process up to 160 units and has a lifetime of 15 hours. The new non-drip, ultra-smooth TINox coating provides superior heat resistance for faster, more efficient material removal.
Ironbiter is compatible with our CORiTEC machines, including the 350i PRO/PRO+, 350i X PRO and 650i series. To unlock its full potential, a CAM software update is required.
Specially developed for the CORiTEC 350i X PRO to mill CoCr, the Ironbiter optimizes roughing capabilities with high feed rates and increased material removal. Other CORiTEC models also benefit from extended tool life and enhanced efficiency, ensuring that Ironbiter outperforms its predecessor across all CoCr applications.
The Ironbiter is introduced as an additional milling tool and replaces the Quattro Speed (T61) for all CoCr applications, while the Quattro Speed is now used exclusively for machining pre-milled abutments in titanium.
The newly developed fine grain metal of the Ironbiter offers an ideal balance between hardness and elasticity for excellent performance.
The dropless ultra-smooth, high-temperature resistant TINox coating with high heat resistance enables fast and efficient removal of material.
